1. Data controller

The data controller is Tip Top Games, a trading name of My-Cocoon SRL, rue de la Papeterie 18, 1490 Court-St-Etienne, Belgique, TVA BE0829.986.042. For any question about your data: info@tip-top-games.com.

2. Data we collect

Through the registration form we collect:

• Contact details: name, email address and, if you choose, a phone number.
• Group make-up: size, and for each participant a first name, an age range and an experience level.
• Preferences: game and game-master languages, availability, how you heard about us.
• Safety information: epilepsy or photosensitivity, mobility difficulties, and your free-text remarks. This is health data.
• Technical data: the IP address and browser used to submit, kept to prevent abuse.

3. Why we collect it

Solely to run the beta test: selecting and composing groups, offering you a slot, adapting the session to your language and needs, and keeping you safe during the game. We do not use this data for advertising and we do not sell it.

4. Legal basis

Your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the box on the form. For health information this is explicit consent within the meaning of Article 9(2)(a). You may withdraw it at any time, without giving a reason: we then delete your registration.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your registration for at most 6 months after the test phase ends, then delete it. Health information is deleted as soon as the session has taken place, as it no longer serves a purpose. You can ask for deletion sooner.

6. Who has access

Only the people at Tip Top Games running the test. The data is held on our own server, is not passed to any third party, and is not transferred outside the European Union. No automated decisions are made from it.

7. Minors

Participants under 18 are welcome with the agreement of a parent or guardian, confirmed at registration. A parent or guardian may ask for their child’s data to be deleted at any time.

8. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction, its deletion, restriction of processing, or object to processing. Write to info@tip-top-games.com: we answer within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, data is stored on a server with restricted access, and the management interface is reachable only from our internal network and behind a password.

10. Cookies

The form sets a single technical cookie, used to remember your chosen language and to protect form submission. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.
